We feel so lucky that we found Mark to do our inspection of our home. He asked if we wanted to be present during and taught us so much about our home. He spent a couple of hours thoroughly inspecting every part of the house and explaining all the things he found. He even told us about items that will need to be addressed in the next 5 years. So I'm reading the reviews of other customers and I'm thinking to myself "Come on, who paid these folks to review this way about Mark?" But they were right. Mark is awesome. He is one of the nicest, and humblest people. He's thorough, meticulous, responsible, and knowledgeable. He is very informative, and goes above and beyond his fee. He stated that he would provide a report in the evening, and in the evening it arrived. I called him to get clarification on his report, and he answered my questions without delay.I highly recommend Mark, and I wish him well!

Mr. Mark was amazing, excellent guy. This gentleman went all out in what was needed to be done. He would talk to me and made me understand what I needed to know. It was definitely a pleasure having him explain to me what the problems were and how they would need to be approached. Mark is absolutely nothing short of amazing!! It is our first time buying a home, having to get inspection, etc. Mark walked us through step by step and showed us everything good and bad. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding the "buyer" with all the information you are gonna to need when going through this process. He also provides you with a very detailed report, including pictures as to what he's referencing in his report. This is extremely helpful, otherwise you are gonna find yourself running around making lists and hoping to remember what they are for. I highly recommend this company, but even more so recommend Mark!!!

Mark was GREAT! He went above and beyond what was needed. I got my report the same day. He was very thorough and went over every concern or detail with me. As a first time home buyer and not being familiar with the process, it was wonderful having him explain to me what the issues were and how they would need to be addressed. I even had to contact him after I received my inspection report and he was more than willing to assist me with whatever I needed. I would definitely recommend HomeRight!

Working with Mark is a breath of fresh air. He's extremely professional, always on time (usually early) and his reports are concise and user friendly. He takes the time to explain each individual deficiency to the clients and really puts them at ease. I would recommend Mark to every single client that I work with, and I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Mark went way above and beyond for us with inspecting the home, and was extremely thorough. He showed up on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and did not miss anything. The price was more than fair, as we got several estimates from others in the area that were 20-30% higher. Another previous review on here noted that he even went as far as some additional follow-up and answering very time-sensitive questions in true good faith, and we also experienced that same level of service. We would highly recommend him without a second thought!

It's refreshing to hire a company and receive more then you expected! Mark gave a complete inspection from the ground floor to the roof top. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and renovation. He pointed out many things that i didn't realized even mattered such as mixed brand breakers in the electrical panels, copper piping vs pec rubber water lines. Mark was thorough and walked us through everything he saw that needed repairs. He educated us as first time home buyers on safety issues that were an absolute must to be repaired. He was detailed and fast with his report. His estimate came in well below others. Would recommend him to others

Mark did a good job on the inspection, but he failed to note that the microwave was not working correctly, the display was out. This is going to cost me close to $650 since it can't be fixed and must be replaced as it is built in.
